Utilities

Downstairs is cooled and heated by a portable system next to the washer and dryer.  The bedroom upstairs has it’s own air conditioner.

Please do not set the air conditioners below 66-68 degrees.

Electric Breakers

The Breakers at Camellia are at the end of the kitchen underneath an Italian menu above the wine cabinet.

The garage part of this floor plan is for The Haven.
