The grill is run on propane tanks.  Although we do our best to keep the tank full, if the propane tank runs out during your stay, it can be refilled at numerous locations in the neighborhood, including almost every gas station and grocery store, for around $15.

The spa seats 10 people. It is professionally maintained to ensure your comfort. Please be sure to replace the spa cover after each use!  

Spa Guidelines:  Please use the stairs to enter and exit the spa.

To ensure your enjoyment of the spa, please no:

• Bubble bath
• Diapered children, or children who are not fully potty-trained 
• Unaccompanied children in the spa
• Glass containers
• Food
