Early Check In

Early check-in can be requested, please check with us on the morning of your arrival and we can check with housekeeping and see when you can check-in.

Parking

There are two driveways and you are welcome to park in either. Please be sure not to block the long driveway, as workers and/or trash removal may need to access it. There is another guest house behind the gate of the longer driveway, please park on the gravel on the side of the driveway if you need extra parking.

Wi-Fi
The Wi-Fi is Dream Homes and the password is dreamhomes.

Garbage

The City of Newberg has trash service that includes regular trash, recycling and lawn disposal services.

Newberg’s  trash contractor Waste Management does not provide valet service, so in the event you need to dispose of trash during your stay, please make sure to dispose of it in the correct trash bin in front of the house (they are marked).  

The kitchen trash is separated into regular trash and recycling for your convenience.

It is not necessary to dispose of your trash on departure as long as the trash/recycling is contained in the trash containers in the house. 

Please dispose of trash mid-stay if the trash does not fit in the provided bins.

On Departure:  Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. 

Load any dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start it.

Checking for any of your personal items such as chargers.

Make sure that TV’s and other electronics work if you have connected your devices to them.

Please note that the cleaning fee is for basic sanitization and normal cleaning and assumes that you have followed the check-out procedures below.  If additional cleaning is required, (i.e., pet fur on furniture or bedding, towels not washed, dishwasher not started) there is a $50 per half-hour charge for additional cleaning services.

Please turn off all heaters and any fireplaces.

Please wash all used towels and robes and start them in the dryer.  Please wash white and colored towels separately.

Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it.  

Please be sure to shut off all lights and set heaters/AC to 60.

Please ensure that all doors and windows are locked.

Please ensure the spa cover is on.

If you have brought your canine companion, please patrol the grounds and bag and dispose of any waste.  This will keep the grounds nice for future doggy guests and allow us to keep this a pet-friendly rental.
